Comfort Inn & Suites Muskogee

Brandi at the front desk when we checked in was so helpful in several ways. One in particular was this. I told her that I had to change our reservation from Tuesday night to Monday night because of the coming snow storm. I was having trouble contacting booking.com.to make the change. She said if I called booking.com and asked them to call the hotel, the cancellation could be made. I never could find a phone number for booking.com. Online help said they’d send my request for a change to the hotel and I would hear within 48 hours (2 days). It has now been 4 days and I still haven’t received any response from booking.com. Not happy with booking.com. But Comfort Inn was great.

The hotel met our needs. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and there was a variety of items to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is centrally located and close to many good restaurants. We would definitely stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites again.

Breakfast was a good selection. It was hot and I could see the employee in charge of it constantly adding to it, cleaning etc. She was very pleasant and said "hello" to everyone! The room was very clean and we were so glad to see clean towels when we came back from our day out. The front desk personnel were so nice and we will be back to stay here again!

Wonderful breakfast, huge room, very friendly staff.

They had both a hot breakfast choice and a the normal cereal, waffle, and packaged food. Coffee was from a machine but ok. I needed a walk-in shower. The room was great. Staff was wonderful. Location was great and easy to get in and out with plenty of parking.
